The secret of fit20 training is that it safely encourages you to exceed your strength limit for just a short amount of time. Those last few seconds when you think you can’t do it – but you do! – are enormously beneficial in getting you the results you want.
You can schedule your training session for the time that works best for you, so you never need to change your routine to workout. During your first session, you’ll meet with your trainer, go through the science behind fit20, and start training.
Each week, you’ll work with your trainer through six familiar exercises for just 20 minutes. We concentrate on your personal health and fitness goals in a focused timeframe and get you back to your day.
Overtraining is a real thing and can actually be counterproductive. You’ll spend the rest of the week letting your muscles recover and strengthen so you can do even better in your next session.
