The secret of the fit20 training is that it safely encourages you to exceed your strength limit for just a short amount of time. Those last few seconds when you think you can't do it - but you do! - are enormously beneficial in getting you the results that you want.
You can schedule your training session for the time that works best for you so you never need to change your routine to workout. During your first session, you will meet with your trainer, go through your health history and personal goals, learn about the training method, and start training.
20-minute Training Session.
Each week, you will work with your trainer through six familiar exercises for just twenty minutes. We concentrate on your personal health and fitness goals in a focused timeframe and get you back to your day.
Recover & Return in a Week.
Overtraining is a real thing and can actually be counterproductive. You'll spend the rest of the week letting your muscles recover and strength so you can do even better in your next session.
