Cook 2 eggs in a skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your preferred level of doneness. We like sunny side up.
Toast your whole-wheat or favorite flavored bagel.
While the bagel is browning, cut your avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop insides into a bowl and mash with a fork.
Once the bagel is toasted, spread mashed avocado onto both sides.
Top each side with your cooked eggs.
If you like a little heat on your eggs, splash on some hot sauce.
